My name is (Mrs.) Tracy Frey. I graduated from Cleveland State
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood
Education with a license to teach Pre-kindergarten through 3rd grade.
I have also earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I
am licensed to teach students with mild to moderate disabilities in
grades kindergarten through 12th grade.
This is my seventh year teaching third grade at RHCS. Third grade is
special because students begin to realize their personal role in
achieving an education. They assume greater responsibility in the
classroom as they begin to understand that learning requires work.
Work is essential to building character. However, we also have a lot
of fun with thematic days, such as Ice Cream Day, Costume Day and
Ginger Bread Day. Special projects include creating models of the
solar system, animal classification books, and our very own VIP
(Very Important Person) Magazine. Yet, the best thing about third
grade is that we are free to worship and learn about God.
Accelerated Reader: Students may choose any book within their
reading level and subject requirements that has an AR test made for
it. To find out whether the book has an AR test consult
book without checking for a test. Students can not get credit for
reading a book without a test.
